W.L. Roe International Holdings (“WLROE”) is a holding and governance entity. WLROE does not operate as a consultancy, agency, or service provider. Its purpose is stewardship, oversight, and governance of initiatives under its purview.
RELATIONSHIP TO ROE & ASSOCIATES
Roe & Associates, LLC (“RAE”) is an independent operating entity that provides strategic advisory and consulting services. WLROE and RAE are separate legal entities. WLROE may provide governance alignment and structural oversight to RAE where appropriate, but does not direct RAE’s client engagements or operational decisions.
NO ADVISORY OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
Use of this website does not create an advisory, fiduciary, consulting, or contractual relationship between you and WLROE. WLROE does not provide advisory services to the public.
